Micro-Loan Program


Roadside commerce is alive and well in West Africa with an overwhelming portion of the population earning a living for their families by selling their wares carried above their head. By giving women with children small manageable loans without interest, we are able to help a family become self-sustainable.

Distribution of Foodstuffs


Distributing basic staple food can have a huge effect of a families well-being. Hungry children cannot focus on their studies, and worried parents cannot properly care for the child's needs if there is a severe shortage of nutritional sustenance.

Our First Container


It all started as a desire to bring some clothing to needy children in West Africa. It has turned out to be a flood of clothing, books, toys, household items, and furniture completely filling a forty foot (extra high) shipping container. Personally, I have been gratefully overwhelmed by the outpour of support we have received from people towards our collection.

General Donated items


Items Like Clothing, Furniture, and Household Items Abake's Foundation can go on the ground and evaluative for ourselves what the needs are of people in various parts of the region in order to create a detailed list of specific needs required for the betterment of their specific lifestyles.
